Lil Muslim Readers

For:
Lil Muslim Readers is an inspiring "Book Club" for kids ages 5-12.
It has been devised to cater to all siblings, boys and girls regardless of their ages on a common ground. 

Aim:
Lil Muslim Readers book club aims to run as a club with limited physical members who will partake in the many special planned activities and field trips. But with the promise to provide all it's resources and ideas for any number of virtual members.

Need:

There are countless books out there, but many do not adhere to Islamic mannerism. Lil Muslim Readers felt the need to sift through and find books that are not only a fun read, but also introduce a sense of empathy, giving a deeper insight into the many facets and intricacies of life, different kinds of people, the problems they face and the lives they live.

 And to encompass the following three:

 To encourage healthy, age-appropriate and thoughtful reading habits in.

To teach  kids how to find and appreciate good literature and develop a taste for intelligent reading.

To find a correlation in Islamic teachings, take lessons from it and help it to become better Muslims and caring and responsible members of the society.

Activities and Field Trips:
Depending on the topic and theme of the books the Lil Muslim Readers will take part in many fun and interactive group activities, presentations, unit studies and lapbooks. Kids will also get to go to some field trips to places related to act theme and concepts in a play

Aspiration :
It also aspires to promote the formation of other book clubs on the same format that run in local communities around the world. If you follow our book club or form your own on it's pattern do link up with us and share your pursuits.
